Terms and Conditions
Shipping...
Most orders will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground Service.
Orders of larger items/quantities to be shipped by common carrier at a
rate to be determined. Please call us regarding your special delivery
needs.
Orders Placed...
Orders are considered placed when deposit payment has
been received. As with all custom orders, a 50% deposit
is required to begin production and balance is due upon completion and
prior to shipping. Normal lead times are 8-10 weeks
from the time the deposit payment is received.
Return Policy...
All sales are final unless approved by Old World
Traditions. If a return is approved a restocking fee of 20% will be
charged.
Damaged Merchandise...

All items are
insured for their full amount!

Buyer is
responsible for the inspection of all merchandise upon arrival!

Buyer is
responsible for taking the following action in case of damage:

Take note (in
writing) of any external damage to the carton(s).
Photographs are helpful!

You must notify
Old World Traditions within 48 hrs. of receiving your fixtures.
You may also be required to notify the shipping carrier within 48
hrs. of receiving merchandise.

Buyer may be
required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. If
buyer is required to file a claim with the shipping carrier,
he/she will have to follow all of the carrier's instructions.
When the client is required to file a claim with the shipping
carrier, he/she will receive reimbursement directly from the
carrier. In this case, buyer is responsible for paying for
new replacement items.
Custom Finishes...
All custom finishes carry a 10% surcharge.
